Arrival / Kathmandu
Welcome to Nepal! Upon arrival, you are greeted by our representative. Transferred to hotel where your tour guide helps you check in and brief you about the following tours. Relax and recover from jet lag at hotel.
Kathmandu - Patan - Kathmandu
City tour starts with an exploration of Kathmandu Valley from Ason Tole Vegetable & Spice Market which offers the vivid local life of Nepali people. Continue your visit to Kathmandu Durbar Square where you will see Kumari Temple which houses the living Goddess and have an external view of Taleju Temple and Kal Bhairab. Afternoon, proceed to Patan city (about 15min driving) to visit the Patan Durbar Square – one of the three Durbar Squares in the Kathmandu Valley. Later at dusk, visit Swayambhunath, a stupa on the top of the hill, offering the panorama of Kathmandu city. Optional: If the weather is nice, you could take an optional flight trip to see Mt. Everest & Himalaya up-close in the morning, which takes about one hour and all seats are windows guaranteed. 1-hour schedule Flight USD 350 per person.
Kathmandu - Bhaktapur - Kathmandu
After breakfast, you’ll first pay a visit to Boudhanath Stupa – one of the biggest Buddhist shrines in the world. There, you can observe Buddhist monks in prayer in the monasteries surrounding the stupa. Followed by a visit to Pashupatinath, the most famous Hindu temple in the country. In the afternoon, you’ll be escorted to Bhaktapur city where you will discover Bhaktapur Durbar Square, one of the seven UNESCO’s World Heritage Sites of the Kathmandu Valley. Later continue to the oldest temple in the Kathmandu Valley – Changu Narayan Temple. After that, you’ll be driven back to Kathmandu.
Kathmandu - Chitwan National Park by overland drive
Morning after breakfast, we would drive a full day to Chitwan (about 8 hours). Welcome drink is served and there will be a short briefing on the program and our facilities, rooms will be assigned. In the afternoon, you will join in the following jungle activities. 3.30 PM: Boat safari (Afternoon) with Sundowner at confluence point. Floating downstream the Rapti River, towards the western boundary of the park formed by Himalayan Narayani, boat safari will be arranged for evening time offering our unique sundowner experience at the confluence point. Duration – approx. 2: 00 Hours 7:00 PM: Slide presentation. One of our jungle experts will introduce background data and history of the Chitwan National Park as well as some other topics relating to wildlife. Your questions are most welcome. 8.00 PM: Dinner at Banyan Café or by the pool (Please note that the activities will be subject to change based on the weather situation)
Chitwan Jungle Safari and Jungle Activity
6:30 AM: Jeep Safari with Breakfast in the jungle: Duration – Approx 4-5 Hours: Proceed for the Jeep Safari crossing the Rapti River by Patela Boat to start with from Bhimle army check post. There are two choices of routes available, which our naturalists pick upon their experience on current sightings and animal movement. Route 1: Bhimle post – Sukhibhar post towards Kasara (park headquarter) Route 2: Bhimle post – Reu River- Surung Khola Route 3: Bhimle Post – Reu River- towards Khoria Muhan Post Breakfast will be served in between the safari in a scenic and safe spot chosen by the Naturalist. (Note: Jeep Safari is prohibited during monsoon season by the park authorities from June-September and in some season it can prolong till October) After Safari leisure time to relax by the pool or use of Spa Facilities till the lunch time. 1:00 PM-3.00 PM: Lunch time 3.00 PM: Walking Safari: A walk inside the National park accompanied by an experienced naturalist and nature guide to explore the wildlife, flora & fauna and birding. Duration – Approx -2-3 Hours Duration 7.00 PM: Dinner time
Chitwan - Pokhara by overland drive
Enjoy a leisure morning at your hotel. Then you will drive another day to Pokhara (about 8 hours). After arrival at Pokhara, enjoy exploring around Pokhara Bazzar on your own.
Pokhara full day city tour
Today you will have a full day private tour in the second largest city in Nepal- Pokhara. Laid out alongside a lake and encircled by the spectacular mountain scenery of the Annapurna Range, Pokhara is the paradise of adventure and leisure. In the morning, take a private boat ride to experience the charm and serenity of Phewa Lake. Then ascend to World Peace Pagoda, a perfect viewpoint which provides a panoramic view of Phokara and Phewa Lake. Followed by the visit to Devi’s Fall, Gupteswor Mahadev Cave, and International Mountain Museum.
Pokhara - Kathmandu by overland drive
Today, you may want to start a bit earlier for your journey to Sarangkot viewpoint for the unforgettable sunrise over the mountain peaks. Then you’ll be driven back to Kathmandu. In the late afternoon, take a leisure walk around Thamel district – a heaven for tourists visiting the city including its fascinating streets. In the evening, unwind with a cultural feast of Nepali traditional dinner and dancing.
Kathmandu Depart Transfer via International flight on your own arrangement
Breakfast in the hotel then drive to the airport for a flight back home.
